The estate is comprised of a splendid main villa, a charming independent apartment in the garden, and a 1-bedroom fully equipped pool house, as well as extensive luxuriant grounds and a shimmering pool.

Beautifully restored by the owners, who often come here for their vacations, the main villa accommodates up to 8 guests in its 4 spacious exquisite guestrooms, all located on the first floor. All bedrooms are air conditioned, 2 have their own en-suite bathroom while the other 2 share a bathroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms, finely furnished in style with the location and complete of all modern amenities, ensure guests enjoy perfect comfort and well-being throughout their stay.

Framed by the garden’s luxuriant greenery, the villa boasts elegant and cozy living areas. The Tuscan country architecture, lovely furniture and many tasteful touches add character to the perfectly equipped kitchen and to the elegant dining room. In the garden, the villa also features a barbecue as well as a very rare facility: an ancient wood-fired oven which may be used to bake pizza and bread!

The independent apartment for 4 persons in the garden is a charming smaller building which may be rented on its own, even if owners are at the villa. Recently refurbished and and fully equipped, it is perfect to accommodate additional guests. The annex apartment features 2 finely appointed double bedrooms, both air-conditioned and with ensuite bathrooms, and an airy open space with a living/dining area and a kitchen. Surrounded by the estate’s lovely garden, the apartment includes an exquisite outdoor patio, ideal for cocktails or alfresco dining.

The garden is comprised of a synthetic tennis court (which may be used for soccer as well) and a gleaming swimming pool, perfect to cool off in full privacy and enjoy the leisurely rhythms of the Tuscan lifestyle. The pool also has nighttime lighting, providing magical effects on summer evenings . The delightful pool house with a cozy double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette is beside the pool.
