THE MAINVILLA

Featuring 6 bedrooms each  with private bathroom, on the  ground floor we find a  living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a  service bathroom. On the  same  floor one   double bedroom with wardrobe. On the first  floor, paved in parquet, stand two  double  bedrooms with custom-made furnishings   and  private  terraces. The last three  bedrooms are located on the second floor.

THE RUSTICO

Stone, wood  and exposed bricks with 3 suites consisting of 5 bedrooms, each  with private bathroom, featuring outdoor patios equipped  with garden chairs and  tables. Paved  in  antique terracotta.

THE STUDY

A master suite with living room, kitchenette, bathroom and  paintings of the  owner's  private collection, featuring plenty of space  and a unique romantic ambiance.

Morning Housekeeping Service 8 hours a day 6 days a week, 1 maid (Monday to Saturday); Change of bathroom and pool linens 3 times a week (Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday); Change of bed linen on arrival and Wednesdays; Water, Electricity (Air Conditioning), Gas (Heating) and Wi-Fi consumption is included - Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or staff if needed, to be accounted as extra, in order to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests) – The washing machine may only be used by the staff

Mandatory extra services  and taxes

• The amount is linked to the number of guests (€340 per week every 11 guests) and it’s composed by (i) Travel Planning performed by a dedicated travel planner (ii) Touristic Municipal Taxes forfeited in the amount (iii) Check-in and Property Status Control (iv) Check-out and Damage Control and (v) Remote Emergency Service 24/7
• Heating of the pool when requested between June the 1st and September the 30th at €180 plus VAT 22% per day, weekly use only

FOOD & WINE

A number of close-by restaurants and trattorias serve  organic, local cuisine. We recommend the  traditional and world famous  La Buca in Lucca and, for those who prefer  a local-chic atmosphere, the  enchanting Mescita Tambellini  (Via per  S.alessio  1403 16.65  km 55100  Lucca). Sneak  to Montecarlo for a wine tasting in Buonamico (whites and  rose especially).  Food  connoisseur will not miss Lorenzo in Forte  dei Marmi.

Each restaurant in Tuscany offers a kid menu  and  none raises  an eyebrow when  toddlers make  an entrance in a Michelin starred spot.

Tuscany  has great energy that comes from mixing history with so many different  people from all over the world. And, as well as the restaurants, shopping and nearby nature, people’s perceptions are also mesmerised of what a culturally  rich region this is in terms of museums, architecture  and art.

Possible activities  include  hiking, cycling and  wine tasting – your local concierge can help  guests hire bicycles,  boats and  tents at the nearby beach clubs.  Time with family is celebrated in Italy, in fact almost every activity here  is kid-friendly.
