Nestled in the Tuscan countryside high up on a hilltop, the sweeping vistas from here are unrivalled, the villa open floor  plan seamlessly blends contemporary standards, including modern plumbing and state-of- the-art appliances, with authentic Tuscan living.  Each of the three master bedrooms and three king bed guest suites include modern en-suites, which allows this property to comfortably accommodate large family or group retreats. The generous kitchen, original forno oven, and traditional Tuscan fireplace make this farmhouse ideal for culinary adventures, while the outdoor swimming pool is the perfect location to relax and soak up the stunning landscapes.

The villa blends luxurious comforts with the warmth of rustic Italian life. With over 7,000 ft2 (700 m2) of living space, this property has been designed with flexibility in mind. It provides living spaces allowing guests opportunities to come together and share or retreat and relax. Daily Morning Housekeeping Service 1 person of staff for 4 hours per day from 9AM to 1PM from Monday to Saturday; Arrival and Mid-week change of all linen; Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity (Air Conditioning), Gas (Heating) and Hot-tub (available year-round) heating consumption is included; Pool Heating is only available and included from May the 15th to October the 15th - Please note that more hours of cleaning may be needed, depending on the size and habits of group: our team will automatically increase hours and/or staff if needed, to be accounted as extra, in order to maintain the house tidy and ready for current and upcoming guests)

Mandatory extra services  and taxes

The amount is linked to the number of guests (€340 per week every 11 guests) and it’s composed by (i) Travel Planning performed by a dedicated travel planner (ii) Touristic Municipal Taxes forfeited in the amount (iii) Check-in and Property Status Control (iv) Check-out and Damage Control and (v) Remote Emergency Service 24/7
