DESCRIPTION

The property offers 2000 Sq. Mt. of living space and 26 hectares of exterior spaces, features a swimming pool, WI-FI throughout and AC throughout in the guesthouse and in the bedrooms of the villa • The estate is 5 minutes on foot from a restaurant • 16 is the maximum number of adults this property can accommodate

. From the wide lawn and inground pool to the outdoor cooking and dining areas, the grounds of the villa have panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Inside, beamed ceilings and brick floors, fireplaces and arches speak to the villa’s history, as do the original antique furnishings, from large wooden cupboards to accents like silver platters. Modern sofas and armchairs are comfortable spots to curl up in front of the fireplace, and since the dining room is open to the living room, there’s a convivial feel. The spacious kitchen has the same atmospheric brick and beams and is fully equipped.

The estate is a 10-minutes walk to a nearby restaurant and a 5-minute drive to the nearest village and grocery store. We find a tennis court, hospital and a train station just 15 minutes away, as well as a golf course, 50 minutes away. Siena is a mere 20-minute drive away and Florence a 50-minute drive away. The airport is 95 minutes away
