This magnificent 17th century Tuscan country villa is located in a superbe and panoramic position right on the top of a hill in the open countryside of Siena and within easy reach of the Chianti area, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Montepulciano and Pienza. Few minutes from the property lays a beautiful village and Torri, an other small local village, is walking distant.

The agricultural estate has 2,475 acres of land with fantastic cypress avenues, holm oak trees and cork oaks, where one can enjoy long and cool walks ending up with a refreshing swim in the river Merse. In the surrounding hills the property has a farm with 3,000 Olive trees with beautiful and ancient terraces lined with ancient dry stonewalls and delicious fig trees. The property is eco friendly with solar panels and a water purification plant. The rooms have exposed beam ceilings, lime washed walls in soft colours and terracotta tiled floors, with touches of modern Italian design in the fireplaces, bathrooms and outdoor features. Steps lead down to the garden and park, and below is the infinity pool with a travertine terrace that blends into its natural rocky environment.

The amount is linked to the number of guests (€340 per week every 11 guests) and it’s composed by (i) Travel Planning performed by a dedicated travel planner (ii) Touristic Municipal Taxes forfeited in the amount (iii) Check-in and Property Status Control (iv) Check-out and Damage Control and (v) Remote Emergency Service 24/7
