Hidden away, yet very close to the local town center, located near the charming borgo of Civitanova Alta, this estate comes with its olive groves, two swimming pools, a tennis court and an area specifically designed for yoga sessions called the studio. The estate features a three-level main building and a two-level secondary villa: both houses offer views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. The interiors include spacious living rooms, several dining areas with vistas, well-equipped kitchens, two gyms, a private SPA (main villa) and a yoga center in the middle of the estate. The swimming pool at the main building can be slightly heated and has an infinity edge, wheras the swimming pool at the secondary villa is regular. The villas together offer a total of ten bedrooms, decorated in contemporary style with color-washed walls in pale shades, modern fabrics and bespoke furnishing by local Marchigiani (from le Marche) artisans. The compound can host up to twenty guests of which twelve in six bedrooms in the main building and eight, in four bedrooms, in the secondary villa, over three hectares of private grounds.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in a modern style with natural stone, polished sleek concrete, brushed steel fittings. Modern yet very comfortable, this is a contemporary and chic retreat full of light and a welcoming vibe.

The main building interior measures 600 square meters, while the secondary villa measures 220 square meters. Altogether, it is possible to accommodate a total of 20 adults (and 2 extra friends or staff in the attic room, available at extra cost and of inferior quality) and even sit everybody at the table in the main building. The estate includes more than 3 hectares of private grounds, gardens, an olive grove with 400 olive trees, a tennis court. This is an environment especially designed for yoga enthusiasts and professionals as well as big families gathering together.

Secondary villa

The secondary villa has 3 beautifully designed and luxuriously appointed double ensuite bedrooms. Each of the spacious bedrooms have its own look and feel, yet all with the 5* comforts. Decorated in calming, natural hues, each ensuite bedroom has natural light and features a variety of views from the olive grove, to the sea view or the manicured gardens. Rooms feature natural wood floors, king-sized beds with wooden or fabric headboards, Molteni furniture, bespoke artisan lighting, Italian embroidered textiles and Egyptian cotton linens. The master bedroom offers a walk-in wardrobe and small private terrace with views over the Adriatic sea and gardens. All bedrooms have king size beds. There are two bedrooms that can be made into twin beds – one of the bedrooms in the Villa and the Annex room. All bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms are contemporary in design and feature natural stone, polished concrete and sleek, brushed steel fittings. Furniture ranges from Molteni to hand made bespoke beds designed by local artisans in Le Marche. All bedrooms can accommodate at least one travel cot for children; available upon request. Each bedroom comes with dressing table, hairdryer, safe, Wifi, TV and Netflix account. Air conditioning and heating can be set in the upstairs bedroom area and the Annex room, ensures your comfort on the warmest or coolest of nights. A selection of Davines toiletries is available for every guest. Bed design varies from this photo to accommodate twin beds.

Nestled on a half-acre parcel overlooking the rolling hills, ten minutes away from the Adriatic coastline, this villa features two swimming pools and landscaped terraces. Set amid a lush of 400 olive trees and mediterranean vegetation, it also features a Tennis court, a building with a gym and yoga area, and parking spaces outside and indoor. Its current owners redesigned and restored the property over 2 years to let the guests enjoy the quality of all the features of the house.
