The Castle, still privately owned by an important Tuscan entrepreneur’s family, includes extensive grounds, shimmering swimming pool, private ancient Chapel and a truly superb historical villa. Offering unrivaled views of the vineyards and fields below and fully restored, the villa is an authentic noble Tuscan mansion, a real jewel and ideal venue for memorable vacations of all kinds, from celebrations to family reunions and friends’ parties. A gorgeous ancient family Chapel rises right in front of the main villa, and is accessible to guests for prayers and available to host weddings.

Featuring striking architectural details (the charming, romantic Tower for instance, which hosts 1 of the bedrooms) and precious, perfectly preserved, period dècor and materials – such as gorgeous cotto and marble, frescoes, ancient maps on the walls and exceptional furniture – the Villa boasts a unique aristocratic charm and grace. Wonderfully restored it offers guests the utmost well-being thanks to its diverse, ample spaces and luxurious facilities.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in its splendid, finely furnished, 6 double rooms; 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, each of the other 3 has its’ own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located in the romantic tower, all are exquisite. Each bedroom is characterized by a different, tasteful detail, such as a lovely fireplace in one, wrought iron bed frame in another, and then again canopies, sumptuous fabrics, frescoes or period dècor. The bathrooms are lovely and finely appointed; 4 of these also host Jacuzzis and the villa comprises a convenient guest/staff bathroom located on the ground floor, close to kitchen and dining room.

Stylishly decorated, the villa offers refined and comfortable indoor common areas and a magnificent garden, with lovely alfresco areas for relaxing and entertaining. Dining, at Cabbiavoli, is a marvelous experience: the country style kitchen, charming with its marble counters and copper pans collection, is fully equipped; the dining room is at once welcoming and elegant, thanks to its superb brick-red walls, fireplace and unique furnishings. An enchanting living room with fireplace, convenient TV room and gorgeous study, decorated by many ancient maps, provide many exquisite corners perfect for reading, relaxing and entertaining.

The Castle’s delightful park extends over 15607 square feet and winds all around the villa. It comprises a bountiful orchard and splendidly kept lawns, filled with sweet-scented rose bushes, geraniums and grand magnolia trees. The park also boasts a gleaming swimming pool which rises on a lower terrace of the park; this strategic position enables guests using the pool to enjoy perfect privacy.

Strategically located just 5 minutes away from Castelfiorentino, a small, yet lively town with several attractions and all basic services, Castello di Cabbiavoli is the perfect starting point to discover Tuscany, its traditions, heritage and world-celebrated art. Discover Certaldo, less than 15 minutes away, Giovanni Boccaccio’s birthplace and a truly evocative town, quite off-the-beaten tourist track. Visit San Miniato, renowned for its tantalizing truffles. Included:

• Daily cleaning of the rooms from 9.00am to 12.00.
• Daily continental breakfast from 8.30 am to 12.00. Breakfast includes: coffee, tea, milk, bread, toast, biscuits, marmalade, fruit juice, yogurt, cereal and eggs.
• Weekly change of linen and towels.

Services at a fee:

• Additional maid or cook service at 10 euro per hour
• Additional towels at 5euro and linen at 10 euro.
• Use of electricity over 300kwh is at a fee.
