The main villa is a superb ancient farmhouse, which dates back to the 16th century. Lovingly refurbished by the owner, a renowned interior designer, it is full of character and authentic charm. The Tuscan architecture is enhanced by warm textures and fabrics which recall the area’s hues and the villa is fully equipped with up-to-date facilities and modern amenities, guaranteeing the guests full comfort and well-being. The villa is comprised of a comfortable living room with a charming antique stone fireplace, a large dining room accommodating up to 16 guests and a lovely fully-equipped kitchen. Both the living room and dining room have doors with direct access to the garden, outdoor stone-paved terraces and straw sheltered alfresco dining area (which also seats up to 16).

Podere Palazzolaccio accommodates 4 guests in the annex’s comfortable bedrooms and 6 guests in the main villa’s 3 spacious bedrooms, two of which are located in the romantic tower. All bedrooms feature comfortable, state-of-the-art ensuite bathrooms and offer exceptional views of the surroundings. One additional guest may be accommodated in the cozy sitting/TV room (ground floor), conveniently equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.

Every room at Podere Palazzolaccio inspires tranquility and comfort. Local Tuscan furnishings, brightened by creative touches, make the indoor living and dining rooms warm and welcoming. The spacious country-style kitchen, with its fireplace and state-of-the-art equipment, is ideal for family dinners or get-togethers.

A lovely park surrounds the whole villa, offering amazing views of the valley. The park is comprised of a bountiful vegetable garden, charming stone-paved terraces, ideal for enjoying sunset cocktails, and a charming sheltered al-fresco dining area seating up to 16 guests. The grounds also boast a spectacular 13×4 mt infinity pool with a jet stream, as well as a luxurious outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub facing the valley. Both the pool and tub are heated by solar panels (equipped with dedicated boilers if necessary).
