Villa Pacifica

An original front side Sardinian villa was redesigned to find harmony between modernity and nature: the ten rooms in a modish stone-hut scheme roll gently down to the shore. The coastline offers a splendid view over the beach, and several spots like the dining and garden areas provide to the guest a full-breathing sea atmosphere.

The home design, approached with research in the historical context, results in an eclectic sea-home style with wooden pieces and terracotta floors, with unique touches of stone lending a rustic feel to the interiors. Elements of classic Italian residential architecture, such as the handmade tiles in Sardinian style and the terracotta floors, are combined with contemporary touches, like white concrete walls, modern tiles and decor. Materials include handmade ceramic, marble and granite stone locally sourced. Modern and very comfortable, this bohemian-chic retreat is full of light with a solid sea-life vibe, blending traditional and contemporary Italian architecture.

The external area measures 2.000 sqm, where to find a Mediterranean’s style garden with a
breathtaking front-sea view and several terraces and garden areas to enjoy the outdoors. The
house is built in stucco, wood, cotto with extensive use of local stones; has a terrace with
sitting area, stone tables, patios all with a sea view and an Alfresco area for 20 guests, which
includes:

• Six different terraces with sun chairs and sitting areas

Swimming pool

The swimming pool measures 44 sqm metres, 2 meters shallow to 4,5 meters deep. It is an infinity edge and has shallow for easy access. The water uses a Saltwater system. It is equipped with 5 sunbeds and 6 in the grass garden nearby. The pool is accessed through a maximum of 10 stairs, depending from which bedroom.

Location

Your Italian experience begins in your villa, with a patio where you can read, listen to music or enjoy an aperitif in the warm light of the sunset. Around the property, there is the possibility of walking, swimming, and snorkelling, from a few meters from the property. In the area adjacent to the swimming pool, it is possible to set up a massage or fitness area with yoga, Pilates and meditation teachers. We recommend our chefs and musicians for a special evening, who will leave an indelible memory of all-Italian joy and taste.
