We love nature, good food, wine, sports, details, italian life style, enjoy life and we have completely renovated a large house to make you live beautiful emotions, Tuscan life, a 360 degrees view of the rolling tuscan hills and Pienza that seems you can touch with your hands.

Your home in Tuscany where you can be wrapped by the scents of aromatic herbs, and you can pick them for a tea or tisana.
You can use products from the kitchen garden, play billiard or ping pong, dream, paint, love nature that here it makes its rhythms felt.

A little bit of tuscan in every detail. The challenge was to make the house modern and comfortable, but at the same time allow guests to immerse themselves in a very tuscan lifestyle, leaving inspiration from vintage objects and furnishings. This room is for princess with an hand made baldachin, created by Sabrina recycling a family tent and a bathroom with a super big double head shower of 2 metres.

“Home away from home” in Tuscany, this is your secret place to enjoy and discover our tuscan green life. A big lounge area with comfortable sofas, a lot of books in the library, hifi for listening music, a tv with dvd player, a large fireplace. From a corner of this living you have access to a second kitchen to prepare tea and snacks.

First floor

You will find two masters bedrooms and between these an elegant lounge with round little table and two comfortable and particular armchairs. From here you have also access to a small terrace with spectacular view. A big bedroom painted with a warm peach color with a super king size bed 2mt x 2mt with a charming swan on the top. Private bathroom with shower and a big round tub!

The big tub

In the corner of this bedroom lies behind a hand-made “separé” made of silk fabrics with a huge 170×170 Villeroy Boch tub with hydromassage. The ancient tuscan wood features all this floor.

Central part – Big kitchen

This great tuscan-style kitchen features all modern amenties. A large loft with a romantica staircases leeds on a mezzanine. The large wooden dining table fits perfectly to 12 and is in front of a very big wooden archway glass door with the big patio of 30mt and the breathtaking view.

Double bedroom

A charming double bedroom in pastel soft color tones with an ancient iron bed and a particular cupboard which was used as a shop window in the past. Feels very warm and comfortable with two windows facing south, the bedroom has a bath with tub hydromassage. This is the only bedroom with external bathroom.

Veranda

Inside-outside our magic place in all season; the veranda is the perfect set for reading a book with a good glass of wine and in the same time to be outside and smelling the aromatic herbs of the garden!

Blu bedroom

The tuscan wood features this floor that has a blue double bedroom tha can be also twin with a charming yellow-orange en-suite bath with double shower heads.

Outdoor

A garden with aromatics herbs, such as lavander, rosemary, basil and wild flowers. A spacious portico furnished with a large table and chairs is the perfect area for dining al fresco, to fully enjoy the freedom of country living in front of a dramatic sunset with a delicious local tuscan wine!
The pool is very long was the old animal drinking place and now it is great for a serious swimming exercise!
Air cond everywhere, mosquito nets but if you choose to pen the windows the fresh country air penetrate through all your senses.
