Le Cantine di Cerreto is a splendid estate in a superb position: surrounded by gently rolling hills and verdant vineyards, the property is at a 20 minute drive from Siena with many picturesque history-filled villages. This enchanting property is comprised of a luxuriant terraced park and a swimming pool with an amazing view, as well as the lovely 2 floor 17th century villa.

Fully renovated, tastefully decorated and furbished, the villa boasts natural grace and elegance in every room, thanks to refined furnishings and Tuscan elements which add to the overall charm. The villa has two splendid living rooms (one on the ground floor, one on the first floor) as well as a lovely dining room, with a fireplace. The kitchen is delightful and spacious featuring a cozy breakfast area as well as full state-of-the-art equipment and supplies.

The Villa hosts up to 14 guests in its spacious, comfortable, 7 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is immersed in a gorgeous terraced garden which offers awe-inspiring views of the surrounding countryside and many options for outdoor leisure. Lustrous lawns, beautiful flowers and an infinity swimming pool provide magical spots for leisure and entertainment.

Services

Maid service from Saturday to Saturday: the staff of the villa is comprised of two persons; a cook and a maid. Working hours from Monday to Saturday are 8:00 o’clock am to 1:00 o’clock pm and from 5:00 o’clock pm to 10:00 o’clock pm. There is a service for the swimming pool. Thursday afternoons from 2:00 o’clock pm and all Sundays the staff is off duty. May be available on request at an extra cost to be determined.

Final cleaning no charge, pool cleaning everyday a week in the morning, no charge.

Bed linen is changed every 7 days while bathroom towels are changed every 4 days. Pool towels are changed once a week: no charge. Extra charge of bed linen and towels are charged at Euro 20 per room for linen and Euro 20 per bathroom for towels.

Continental style breakfast preparation (6 days a week): no charge, but grocery and ingredient purchase costs payable separately.

Cook: The services (for 5 days a week) for the preparation of dinners are included in the rental cost. You should order your preferred menu at least 24 hours in advance. Dinners will be served between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm. Extra services for lunch are 35€ per hour. For longer rentals more than two weeks is not expected extra services for lunch. Possibility of use barbecue for pizza with dining table in the garden.
