Guests of Serratone can easily reach the ruins by foot.

Carefully restored and refurbished to meet modern expectations, the main villa (once a farmhouse) is composed of two different buildings, connected by an open gallery on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor. The original architecture is enhanced by refined touches and luxurious amenities. The villa offers 8 spacious and tastefully furnished bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In addition to the main villa, the property features a fascinating 3 floor annex apartment (it is a converted silos). The converted silos is charming and hosts a small gym on the ground floor, a Jacuzzi and steam room on the 1st floor, and a comfortable double bedroom (tatami bed) with ensuite bathroom on the top floor.

The villa’s exquisite communal areas are spacious and comfortable, iconic of genuine noble Tuscan lifestyle, and offer many an option to relax and unwind. The picturesque country-style kitchen is charming and conveniently equipped with up-to-date facilities. The striking double volume living area includes a sitting room area and a leisure/game room with a lovely billiard table, two card tables and stunning sit-in fireplace, ideal for both relaxing and entertaining friends. The exquisite double volume dining room seats up to 18 for memorable dinner parties and is also comprised of a library area with a lovely fireplace. The villa also features a convenient study (first floor) and a TV viewing room with a state-of-the-art home theatre facility.
