Villa Lumina is a luxurious property which offers one main dwelling and four independent houses. This unique layout makes it the ideal solution for an extended family or a large group of friends, as each smaller family group or couple can have their own privacy. On top of this its incredible views are shared by very few along the whole Southern Coast of Tuscany.

Located in an outstanding position on the fashionable and strikingly beautiful Argentario peninsula, minutes from the sea (rocky beach) the estate features a large infinity swimming pool, many sundecks, terraces, garden areas and private parking.

All the units face the sea, have their own separate entrance and are fully equipped with state-of-the-art kitchens (dishwasher, washing machine), air conditioning, satellite TV, heating and entrance intercom, circa a hundred meters above sea level. A free service of a shuttle bus down to the beach is included, as well as the access to a swimming pool club with bar and restaurant. Many beaches are all around.

For its position this property is not suitable for children younger than 12 years old.
