Location

Situated near the village of Peccioli, 20 min, the Villa is near Volterra 40 min. San Gimignano 45 min, Livorno 1 hour and Lucca and Florence 1.5 hours. Pisa is the closest airport, 50 min away. Also 40 min away is Lajatico, hometown of Andrea Bocelli if you wish to attend his summer concerts. 
The area offers wonderful walks and bike trails. Plenty of wildlife which includes, roe buck and fallow deers, porcupines, wolves and wild boar.
